Fields

symbols: Vec<usize>

The symbol indices $i_{n}$ ($a_{n} = 2 i_{n} - (M - 1)$).

phase_states: Vec<usize>

The terminal phase states $\theta_{n}$ in units of $\pi/q$, modulo $2q$, at the start of every interval and after the last one (symbols.len() + 1 values).
