pub struct Target<F: Family, D: Digest> {
pub root: D,
pub range: NonEmptyRange<Location<F>>,
}Expand description
Target state to sync to.
PartialEq, Eq, and Clone are implemented manually to avoid requiring F to implement
them.
Fields§
§root: DThe ops root the sync engine verifies streaming batches against.
range: NonEmptyRange<Location<F>>Operations to sync, from the inclusive lower bound to the exclusive target size.
The target’s inactivity floor is declared by its final commit and may differ from the lower bound.
Implementations§
Trait Implementations§
Source§impl<F: Family, D: Digest> EncodeSize for Target<F, D>
impl<F: Family, D: Digest> EncodeSize for Target<F, D>
Source§fn encode_size(&self) -> usize
fn encode_size(&self) -> usize
Returns the encoded size of this value (in bytes).
Source§fn encode_inline_size(&self) -> usize
fn encode_inline_size(&self) -> usize
Returns the encoded size excluding bytes passed to
BufsMut::push
during Write::write_bufs. Used to size the fixed working buffer for
inline writes, so it must not be less than the bytes written inline.
Override alongside Write::write_bufs for types where large
byte fields go via push, or the working buffer will over-allocate.impl<F: Family, D: Digest> Eq for Target<F, D>

impl<F: Family, D: Digest> TryFrom<&CompactTarget<F, D>> for Target<F, D>
Source§type Error = EngineError<F, D>
type Error = EngineError<F, D>
The type returned in the event of a conversion error.
Source§impl<F: Family, D: Digest> Write for Target<F, D>
impl<F: Family, D: Digest> Write for Target<F, D>
Source§fn write_bufs(&self, buf: &mut impl BufsMut)
fn write_bufs(&self, buf: &mut impl BufsMut)
Writes to a
BufsMut, allowing existing byte chunks to be
appended via BufsMut::push instead of written inline. Must encode
to the same format as Write::write. Defaults to Write::write.Auto Trait Implementations§
