Panel taxonomy for the explainability cockpit.

Each variant represents one cockpit surface. Panels are rendered as stacked sections inside the inspector overlay when the cockpit mode is active. The inspector can be in either classic (Timing/Layout/HitRegions) or cockpit mode, toggled independently.

Resize coalescer regime: Steady vs Burst, BOCPD probability, recent history.
