Lightweight conversation projection used while rebuilding the lexical index.

This intentionally omits metadata_json / metadata_bin and other bulky fields because Tantivy only needs the stable envelope plus provenance identifiers. Reading full metadata here can force frankensqlite to traverse large overflow chains before the first lexical checkpoint is committed.
