name: String

配置标识（map key），保持稳定

alias: Option<String>

可选别名，便于展示/记忆

enabled: bool

Whether this config is eligible for automatic routing (defaults to true).

level: u8

Priority group (1..=10, lower is higher priority). Default: 1.

upstreams: Vec<UpstreamConfig>
