Handle to A2A peer background tasks (server + discovery loop + mDNS).

Returned by start_a2a_in_background. The handle MUST be kept alive (bound to a non-_ variable, or stashed in app state) for the lifetime of the peer — dropping it aborts every background task and unregisters the mDNS service via the Drop impl below. JoinHandle::drop() on its own only detaches tasks; the explicit Drop here is what actually stops them.
