BufferedEventLog

Struct BufferedEventLog

Source
pub struct BufferedEventLog { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Background event-log writer used to keep terminal input/render handling independent from filesystem latency. The channel is intentionally unbounded: dropping normalized events during a streamed turn would make replay and recovery incomplete, while the writer drains ordinary event rates faster than adapters produce them.

Implementations§

Source§

impl BufferedEventLog

Source

pub fn append(&self, event: &AgentEvent) -> Result<()>

Serialize and queue a normalized event without opening a file or waiting on a filesystem operation in the caller.

Source

pub fn flush(&self) -> Result<()>

Drain queued records and force them to stable storage.

Source§

fn pin_drop(self: Pin<&mut Self>)

🔬This is a nightly-only experimental API. (pin_ergonomics)
