Footer summary printed to stderr at the end of a successful analyze run. Bracketing the header banner: header tells the user “this is what I’m about to do”, footer confirms “done — here’s how long it took”. Skipped when the header was skipped (same TTY / --no-banner policy), so a piped-into-tee invocation stays clean.

Optional row-count to surface in the footer. None skips the row fragment entirely so emitters that don’t have a meaningful row count (sqlite full-fact-store dump) can still call render.
