ts: String

ISO-8601 UTC timestamp of the check run ("YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ").

head_sha: String

Full HEAD SHA at the time of the check.

gate: String

Gate name (e.g. "code_health_min", "disallow_clone_type_1").

threshold: f64

Configured threshold value.

value: f64

Measured value. For repo-wide gates without a scalar, the violation count is used.

verdict: String

Outcome: "passed" | "failed" | "degraded" | "skipped".

mode: String

Invocation mode: "check" (full-tree gates), "ratchet" (snapshot comparison), or "gate" (working-tree change-set gates); reserved for "diff".
