A deterministic diff evidence dossier. Shares the canonical-text / digest / numeric-value rendering with FileFactSheet; the CLI flattens its DiffOutput into sections and hands them to DiffFactSheet::from_sections (the DiffOutput type lives in the CLI crate, so the lib side takes the pre-flattened sections instead).

Ordered (section, [(key, value)]) facts — already sorted, values pre-formatted.
