One row per file mapped to its Leiden community ID. Files with no Fisher-significant coupling partners are omitted (no node, no row). Rows are sorted by (community_id ASC, path ASC) so the output is deterministic across runs and friendly to a stable git diff.

Dense 0-indexed community ID. Sequential after Leiden’s internal label-renumbering pass.

community_size: u32

Number of other files in this community.
