The [calibration] section: repo-declared analysis calibration, applied wherever the equivalent CLI flag is accepted. This is a config selector, not a gate — its presence never enables gate evaluation on its own.

Fields

defect_artifact: Option<PathBuf>

Path to a defects.calib.json defect-calibration artifact, relative to the repo root (absolute paths are used as-is). Overridden by the --defect-calibration CLI flag and the MCP server’s startup flag; absent everywhere means uncalibrated.
