RFC 3339 build timestamp (injected by the builder’s caller).

repos_included: u32

repos_attempted: u32

languages: Vec<LanguageTable>

repo_metrics: Option<RepoMetrics>

Optional repo-level metric pools (one value per corpus repo). Absent on artifacts built before this section existed; absent = no repo-level lens. Omitted from serialization when None so pre-section artifacts round-trip byte-identically.
