The embedded world artifact, lazily parsed once.
Returns None when the embedded file is the placeholder shipped before a
maintainer has run the real corpus build (detected by its
[PLACEHOLDER_VINTAGE_PREFIX] vintage), or if the embedded bytes fail to
parse. A Some value is a validated artifact safe to hand to percentile.
