Struct ScreenColumn

A column in the rendered viewport: a terminal cell offset within its screen row.

Neither bytes nor characters: a CJK ideograph occupies two cells, a combining mark zero. Only meaningful together with the row’s text, so it is derived at the render boundary by screen_column_in and never stored or persisted.
