Validation rules:

• Every Vec<String> field must be non-empty, contain no empty strings, and have no duplicates.
• Every *_property_paths / *_paths field must parse into valid ResourcePropertyPath values.
• ebs_iops_property_paths entries must have exactly 1 or 2 wildcards and end in the Wildcard, Literal("Ebs") shape required by consumers.
• The previous_generation_instance_pattern must be non-empty.
