§`ClickHouse` SQL `DataFusion` `TableProvider`

This module implements a SQL TableProvider for DataFusion.

This is used as a fallback if the datafusion-federation optimizer is not enabled.

ClickHouseSqlExec: A custom ExecutionPlan for SqlTables.
SqlTable: A TableProvider for remote ClickHouse sql tables.
