Rate limiting configuration.

Controls the sliding-window rate limiter that enforces per-user request limits. The window size and strategy are global; per-user limits are defined in PermissionLevelConfig.rate_limit.

Fields

window_seconds: u32

Window size in seconds for rate limit calculations.

strategy: String

Rate limiting strategy: "sliding_window" (default) or "fixed_window".

global_rate_limit_rpm: u32

Global rate limit in requests per minute across ALL users. 0 = unlimited (no global cap). Checked before per-user limits.
