Current facts (base plus applied deltas).

signed: SignedNodeFacts

The signed base as received (re-shareable, re-verifiable).

trust_tier: TrustTier

Trust tier assigned by this node.

tier_source: TierSource

Where the tier came from.

origin: u64

Connection that supplied the facts (0 = none), for per-connection quotas.

received_at: u64

When this node accepted the base, unix seconds.

delta_seq: u64

Last applied delta seq (0 = none).

public_key: [u8; 32]

Signing key of the node.
