A handle to a connected peer, holding the sender half of an mpsc channel whose receiver is read by a background write loop.

Fields§

§node_id: String

Remote node identifier.

§connected_at: DateTime<Utc>

When the connection was established.

§sender: Sender<Vec<u8>>

Sender for outbound serialized messages.

§verified: bool

True when this route was registered by a connection whose node id admission verified. A verified route cannot be taken over by an unverified connection claiming the same id.

§class: PeerClass

The admitted class of the connection (Node, Leaf, …); Legacy for a route no admission verdict classed.
