Request to elevate a browser agent’s capabilities.

Browser agents start with a restricted sandbox. Elevation requires governance gate approval before additional permissions are granted.

PID of the agent requesting elevation.

§current: AgentCapabilities

Current capabilities.

§requested: AgentCapabilities

Requested elevated capabilities.

§reason: String

Justification for elevation.
