Published

Another claudectl process on this machine — a relay, or another TUI — holds the discovery port and publishes what it hears; the listing is read from that rather than from a second socket beside it.

Listener

Nobody else is listening here, so the handle holds the port itself (and publishes in turn, for the next process that asks).

BindFailed

The port could not be bound: something that is not claudectl holds UDP 9848. Retried on the next snapshot.

Unavailable

Nothing can listen — the relay feature is compiled out, or the mock.
