What the TUI needs to record alongside a user action. Core-owned so the trait doesn’t drag brain::decisions::log_observation’s argument list upward into the TUI surface.

Fields

session_pid: u32

PID of the session the observation belongs to.

project: String

Project label (usually the cwd basename).

tool: Option<String>

Tool the action targeted, when applicable (“Bash”, “Write”, …).

command: Option<String>

The command or input string the user ran/sent.

observed_action: String

Classification — "user_approve", "user_input", "rule_approve", "rule_deny", and friends. Kept as a string so callers can introduce new categories without a trait change.
