system/file_attachments_missing — some files a user message sent by reference (file_attachments) did not arrive where Claude can read them, and Claude was told so; the turn runs on without them. A host can use it to tell the person who sent them. Only sent by a worker connected to Claude Code Remote. Each event states the whole list for its message, so keep the last one per message_uuid (CLI 2.1.290+).

Fields

The uuid of the inbound user message whose file_attachments named the files.

sent_count: u64

How many well-formed file_attachments entries that message had.

missing: Vec<MissingFileAttachment>

The files Claude was told did not arrive, each once. Never empty.
