system/ui_placed — a fire-and-forget push from a headless session when a plugin places a row with $.ui.place, and to a client as it joins (CLI 2.1.314+). A surface inserts each row after UiPlacedRow::after_uuid and asks ui_render for it. Display only: no message carries these rows. A surface drops the rows it holds with the conversation it resets, and a row whose after_uuid it no longer holds. A compaction ends the rows before it, and no push says so.
