User-facing summary returned by one simulator run.

The display text is intentionally stable because development scripts use it for quick fixture sanity checks. Count wording is explicit: total/circ/linear values are paired-end read pairs, while the first BSJ value counts individual mates crossing the circular boundary.

sample_count: usize

Number of output samples.

circ_count: usize

Number of simulated circRNA loci.

isoform_count: usize

Number of circular isoforms across all simulated circRNA loci.

total_read_pairs: usize

Number of paired-end read pairs written to FASTQ.

circ_read_pairs: usize

Number of read pairs sampled from circular isoforms.

linear_read_pairs: usize

Number of read pairs sampled from the filtered linear annotation.

bsj_reads: usize

Number of individual mates crossing a circular boundary.

bsj_read_pairs: usize

Number of read pairs where at least one mate crosses a circular boundary.
