Expand description

User-facing counts produced by the post-Summary segments phase.

These counts are computed after final segment rows have been selected, so they reflect the actual <prefix>.segments output rather than intermediate candidate pools.

Fields§

§total_segments: usize

Total rows written to <prefix>.segments.

§bsj_segments: usize

Confirmed Summary-assigned BSJ rows.

§backward_segments: usize

Non-BSJ mate-chain wrap rows.

§outward_segments: usize

Non-BSJ pair-orientation rows.
