What the hub queues for one connection: control messages (ack, info, status, meta, error) sent in order, then one values message with everything pending.

Queues a control message.

pub fn push(&self, name: &str, entry: Json)

Queues the latest entry of a name; one values message carries all of them.

pub fn push_all(&self, entries: Vec<(String, Json)>)

Queues the latest entries of several names at once, so the sender never splits them across values messages.

pub async fn next(&self) -> Vec<Json>

Waits for messages, then takes them: the control messages, then a values message if any are pending.
