System

Enum System

Source
pub enum System {
    Off,
    Last,
    First,
}
Expand description

Whether the platform’s own include directories are searched, and where in the order they go.

Set by #pragma cinrs system_include in a unit and by SYSTEM_ENV_VAR across a crate; see the module docs.

Variants§

§

Off

Not searched at all, which is where the switch starts.

§

Last

Searched after the bundled headers: the bundled <stdio.h> still wins, and only a header cinrs does not carry — <sys/stat.h>, <pthread.h> — comes from the platform. #pragma cinrs system_include.

§

First

Searched before them, so that the platform’s copy of every header wins. #pragma cinrs system_include first.

Implementations§

Source§

impl System

Source

pub fn from_env_value(value: &str) -> Option<Self>

The value SYSTEM_ENV_VAR holds, read the way a build system spells a boolean: 1, on, true and yes for System::Last, first for System::First, and 0, off, false, no or nothing at all for System::Off. Anything else is None, which the caller reports.

Source

pub fn is_on(self) -> bool

Whether the platform’s directories are searched at all.
