What #pragma GCC target asked for, at every point of the token list.
GCC’s directive applies to the functions defined after it, so the answer
depends on where in the stream the definition stands — exactly as
PackMap’s does for a struct. An empty list is the usual answer: the
map is empty unless the unit wrote the directive at all.
