values: Vec<u32>

The decoded elements: bytes (0..=255) for a narrow or UTF-8 literal, UTF-16 code units (surrogate pairs and all) for a u"…" one, and character values for U"…" and L"…". The terminating NUL is not included.

text: String

The exact source spelling, including quotes.
