pub struct ChronixSystem;Expand description
The server itself — the resource of every administrative decision.
A singleton, so a policy names it as Chronix::System::"chronix" or
leaves resource unconstrained. It replaced a Measurement entity called
"__system__", which validated against nothing and read as a measurement
somebody might also have data in.
