Metadata section stored after all row groups, before the footer.

Fields

columns: Vec<ColumnMeta>

Column metadata table.

row_group_blocks: Vec<Vec<ColumnBlockMeta>>

Per-row-group, per-column block metadata.

zstd_dictionary: Option<Vec<u8>>

Optional Zstd compression dictionary trained from this segment’s data. When present, blocks tagged with CODEC_TAG_ZSTD_DICT must be decompressed using this dictionary.
