Segment file footer.

Fields

metadata_offset: u64

Byte offset where column metadata section begins.

row_group_count: u32

Number of row groups in the segment.

checksum: u32

CRC32c checksum of the entire file excluding this footer.

metadata_checksum: u32

Independent CRC32c checksum of the metadata section. Allows metadata validation without re-checksumming the entire file.
