On-chain revision counter (starts at 0, increments per revision).

ipfs_hash_hex: String

IPFS content hash (0x-prefixed sha2-256 digest).

block_number: Option<u32>

Block height the revision was published in.

timestamp: Option<u64>

Milliseconds since Unix epoch.
