Multi-tenant receipt isolation: restrict the export to a single tenant so exported evidence bundles carry the tenant tag end-to-end. MUST be derived from the operator’s authenticated tenant claim; callers MUST NOT let the agent choose this value.

read_boundary: Option<ReceiptReadBoundary>

Explicit read boundary for receipt export. Local exports must not infer admin scope from an omitted tenant.
