Fields§

§alpha: f64

Smoothing factor for EWMA (0.0 to 1.0).

§max_history: usize

Maximum history size for measurements.

§congestion_window_ms: u64

Window size for congestion detection (milliseconds).

§loss_threshold_percent: f64

Packet loss threshold for congestion (percentage).

§rtt_var_threshold_percent: f64

RTT variation threshold for congestion (percentage).

§min_samples: usize

Minimum samples before estimation is considered reliable.
