One Ed25519 pubkey trusted for delegations signed by a user.

public_key is the raw 32-byte Ed25519 key — wire encoding matches UserDelegation::user_signing_key: base64url no-pad.

The (cheers-side) enrollment flow that registers these keys is W122 on the yah side — out of scope for R020-F10. This struct + the trait below are the surface that flow eventually wires into; the in-memory impl + the trait shape land here so the camp-bootstrap path can be tested today.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
