A TCP router that dispatches incoming commands to a CelerixStore.

Router handles concurrent TCP connections (up to 100 by default) and implements the Celerix Store network protocol.

Creates a new Router for the given store.

pub async fn listen(&self, port: &str) -> Result<()>

Starts the TCP server and listens for incoming connections on the specified port.

This method runs indefinitely until the process is terminated.
