Service

Struct Service

Source
pub struct Service { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Creates a service-like to wrap an implementation of the Signatory

This implements the actor model, ensuring the Signatory and their private key is moved from the main thread to their own tokio task, and communicates with the main program by passing messages, an extra layer of security to move the keys to another layer.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Service

Source

pub fn new(handler: Arc<dyn Signatory + Send + Sync>) -> Self

Takes a signatory and spawns it into a Tokio task, isolating its implementation with the main thread, communicating with it through messages

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl Drop for Service

Source§

fn drop(&mut self)

Executes the destructor for this type. Read more
Source§

fn pin_drop(self: Pin<&mut Self>)

🔬This is a nightly-only experimental API. (pin_ergonomics)
Execute the destructor for this type, but different to Drop::drop, it requires self to be pinned. Read more

impl Signatory for Service

Source§

fn name(&self) -> String

The Signatory implementation name. This may be exposed, so being as discrete as possible is advised.

where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait,

Retrieve the list of all mint keysets
Source§

fn subscribe_keysets<'life0, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<Receiver<SignatoryKeysets>, Error>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait,

Subscribe to keyset updates. Read more

fn rotate_keyset<'life0, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, args: RotateKeyArguments, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<SignatoryKeySet, Error>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait,

Add current keyset to inactive keysets Generate new keyset
