Ignore configuration for scanning.

Uses glob patterns to determine which paths to ignore during scanning.

Glob Pattern Syntax

• * - matches any sequence of characters except path separators
• ** - matches any sequence of characters including path separators
• ? - matches any single character
• {a,b} - matches either a or b
• [abc] - matches any character in the set
• [!abc] - matches any character not in the set

    - "**/.git/**"              # Ignore git directories

patterns: Vec<String>

Glob patterns to ignore (e.g., [“/node_modules/”, “/target/”, “/.git/”]). Each pattern is matched against the full path of the file.
