One action, trimmed for a supervisor prompt. See the module docs on why the parameters are digested rather than carried.

id: String

action_type: String

car_ir::ActionType’s serde label (tool_call, state_write, …).

tool: Option<String>

reversibility: String

reversible / compensable / irreversible — the axis that answers “can this be undone?”, which is what a supervisor deciding whether to intervene actually needs. Distinct from who may authorize it.

parameter_keys: Vec<String>

Parameter key names only, sorted. Names are cheap and often decisive (command vs path); values can be megabytes.

parameters_digest: String

Stable digest of the full parameter map, so a supervisor can correlate or cache a decision without the daemon shipping the values.
