pub struct NoChangeNomination {
pub kind: NoChangeKind,
pub summary: String,
pub evidence: String,
}Expand description
What the model actually said when it called report_no_change.
Raw, unjudged, and carried out of the loop untouched. The loop does not have the baseline results, the contract’s provenance, or the mutation ledger, and giving it those so it could self-adjudicate is precisely the design this avoids: nomination and adjudication live in different layers on purpose.
