Hand-written for the reason crate::Auth’s is: the derived Debug printed the bearer token in full. An interceptor travels inside every client that holds a channel, so a single {:?} on client state — in a log line, a panic message, or an error context — put a live credential wherever that text went. Whether a token is present is the only thing a reader debugging authentication needs from here.
