SandboxExecutionError

Enum SandboxExecutionError

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum SandboxExecutionError { Prepare { source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>, }, Spawn { source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>, }, TryWait { source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>, }, Wait { source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>, }, Kill { source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>, }, }
Expand description

A failed dynamic execution operation, retaining its concrete native cause.

Error::source exposes the original backend error, including its nested source chain and downcast_ref support. Errors do not consume or detach a live child: its native lifecycle still controls termination and recovery.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Prepare

The selected backend rejected preparation before starting a process.

Fields

§source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>

The original native preparation error.

§

Spawn

Native process or boundary creation failed.

Fields

§source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>

The original native launch error.

§

TryWait

Checking command completion failed.

Fields

§source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>

The original native status error.

§

Wait

Waiting for command completion failed, including a native timeout.

Fields

§source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>

The original native wait error.

§

Kill

Terminating or cleaning up the complete boundary failed.

Fields

§source: Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>

The original native termination error.
