Positional

A positional argument.

Named(StrId)

A named argument (PHP f(x: 1), Python f(x=1)); the name is a string of the calling module.

Spread

A spread (PHP ...$a, Python *a): an array contributes positional arguments; a map contributes its integer-keyed values positionally and its string-keyed values as named arguments.

SpreadNamed

A named spread (Python **kw): a map whose keys must all be strings.
