Mirrors the value fields of bun_s3_signing::S3Credentials (T5). Defined locally so this T2 crate names no bun_s3_signing types — see PORTING.md §Dispatch (cold-path, upward dep). The high-tier caller constructs the real refcounted S3Credentials from this POD at the call site.
