signAction response, in the SAME wire shape as McCreateActionRes: tx is AtomicBEEF as a plain number array. The toolbox’s own SignActionResult serde hex-encodes byte fields, which no BRC-100 client expects (MetaNet and the TS toolbox both send number arrays); passing that struct straight to Json(...) handed callers a hex STRING they then read as bytes and failed to parse — after the transaction had already broadcast.
