Start a sidecar process. Prepares the cache directory (one-time install) and spawns the child. The returned handle is not yet connected to a browser — call Sidecar::connect next.

Tell the sidecar to connect to a CDP endpoint (full ws://… URL from /json/version). Holds a Playwright Browser for the sidecar’s lifetime; future calls reuse it.
