One profile a parent may start a sub-agent on, with what it offers and how much of its quota is left.

§profile_id: String§harness: HarnessKind§choices: ProfileConfig§remaining_percent: Option<u8>

The lower of the profile’s quota windows (the 5-hour and weekly ones for Codex and Claude), 100 for a pay-per-use profile, and None when no usable report exists.
